  • Develop group training sessions using a variety of kit and equipment
  • Learn how to create and implement your own group training business plan
  • Learn how to integrate wearable technology into group training
  • Gain the skills and knowledge to work across different training programmes and facilities

Course features

Learners will attend five in-person sessions.

As part of the course, learners will receive an Active IQ course manual and free Myzone MZ-3 HR belt.
Learners will complete independent tasks in-between practical workshops.

Assessments include written answers and practical observations.
