The Active IQ Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training aims to provide learners with the understanding, knowledge and skills needed to plan, deliver, assess and evaluate education in a specialist area.

Course features

The course will be delivered online by a tutor with vast classroom and teacher training experience and will contain a range of formative assessment tasks as well as summative assignments. Learners will be observed delivering two sessions by their tutor and complete a portfolio of evidence throughout.

Prerequisites - what's required to participate?

Learners must hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.

Career Development

Learners can progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification and support their own organisation with the delivery of in house teaching, training and development.

The qualification is designed for individuals looking to advance their teaching careers particularly within the Further Education(FE) and skills sector.
