On this one-day workshop, you will learn that there are far more ways to plan and structure a circuits-based class than the standard delivery of a ‘satellite class’. You will gain lots of ideas and session plans to deliver to your class participants, plus all of the motivational and instructor skills to give your bootcamp exercise class the wow factor.
