This course combines the content of the Level 2 and Level 3 courses to fast-track your learning into a single Level 3 Personal Training diploma.

The Level 2 Fitness Instructor course offers insight into the management of health club members in a gym environment, introducing you to training concepts, techniques, and methods to enhance many aspects of fitness. It also covers the day to day running of the gym, the health and safety aspects, and the programme design and delivery.

The Level 3 Personal Training course develops your 1-2-1 skills, offers more depth into advanced training styles, programming for long-term change, assists in behaviour change, highlights nutritional practice, and gives you knowledge on the business of fitness.

This course features 2 weeks days of live face-to-face delivery supported by online learning through a dedicated platform for theory elements. The work is assessed through worksheets which are completed remotely, and practical assessments.
