Training Overview


Course details

During this self-paced online learning course, you'll receive support from your own personal tutor and receive a free copy of the 300+ page Indoor Cycling Instructor Handbook (RRP £22.99).

Over the six month duration of the course you'll have end of module knowledge reviews to help keep you on track, with a mixture of theory and practical based assessments:

  • Self-paced theory test.
  • Design a 45 minute session plan.
  • Deliver either your 45 minute session or a short version we provide, with a bike safety check and rider setup.
